The world morns when we saw thousand year old buddha carvings blown up in Afghanistan. Mesopotamia relics are still be looted from Iraq and sold overseas. Why are we trashing our own 40,000 years old art in containers deamed less valuable those found in Abbeys Auctions. It is a small investment to house and curate them. But it will attract visitors which translate to jobs, economic activities and cultural enrichment.

We can continue to beautify our lane ways and pave more streets. But this is a real big deal that other local and statement governments still ignore. Yes, it is easier to say then done, but this is where public money are well spent.
